Edit
Timeline editing
Edit tracks, clips, nested sequences, multicamera switches, transitions, and keyframes.
Sequences contain unlimited video, audio, graphics, caption, adjustment, and capture tracks. Tracks support visible, mute, solo, lock, gain, and pan state. Clips retain source in/out, timeline start, playback rate, group, multicamera angle, transforms, grade, audio processing, keys, masks, effects, transitions, captions, and stable identity.
The Edit workspace exposes split, trim, ripple delete, roll, slip, slide, snapping, grouping, and frame stepping. Ctrl/Cmd+K splits at the playhead. Delete performs ripple delete. Left and Right move one exact sequence frame. Unity Undo/Redo records authored changes.
Nested sequences are checked iteratively before assignment. The renderer also enforces a bounded depth and reports every recursive nested render. Multicamera switching enables the selected overlapping angle and disables the other angles in the group.
Keyframe property paths
Keyframes use clip-relative seconds and these stable paths:
position.x,position.y,scale.x,scale.y,rotation,anchor.x,anchor.y,opacitycrop.x,crop.y,crop.width,crop.heightexposure,temperature,tint,contrast,saturationlift.r,lift.g,lift.b,gamma.r,gamma.g,gamma.b,gain.r,gain.g,gain.b,lut.contributionvolume,pankey.similarity,key.smoothness,key.spill,key.lumaMinimum,key.lumaMaximummask.<mask-id>.bounds.x,.bounds.y,.bounds.width,.bounds.height, and.feathereffect.<provider-id>.<parameter-name>
Hold, linear, smooth, and tangent-controlled Bézier interpolation are deterministic at an exact frame clock.
