Support bundle guide

Share the smallest replayable evidence and diagnostics while removing secrets, unrelated project content, builds, and raw device data.

Performance Lab 26.9.0Unity 6000.0.79f1+Local-firstEvidence-gated

Performance Lab does not upload support data. Create a local folder and include only the evidence needed to reproduce the problem.

Include

  • kiwi-performance-evidence.json, kiwi-performance-report.md, kiwi-performance-report.html, kiwi-performance-junit.xml, and kiwi-performance.sarif from the affected comparison.
  • The reviewed baseline JSON and its SHA-256 when a baseline was involved.
  • The scenario asset, exact Unity Editor version, package versions, source revision, build type, target, operating system, device, graphics API, and quality settings.
  • For repeated, A/B, or A-B-B-A analysis, the ordered source measurement IDs, hashes, comparison kind, outlier policy, budgets, and only the replayable raw evidence referenced by the comparison.
  • For loading transitions, the stable ID, target scene path, before/after hook, timeout, capability detail, and player log. For a custom marker, include the stable ID and exact ProfilerMarker name but no unrelated profiler capture.
  • For extension metrics, include the selected provider stable ID/unit and provider capability diagnostic, but no unrelated application data.
  • For external-device runs, include the capture-kit manifest, player inventory SHA-256, expected capture IDs, imported bundle inventory, and platform/device details. Do not rebuild the player just to reproduce the support bundle.
  • For BuildReport analysis, include the canonical candidate, optional baseline, comparison, report set, ownership inventory, build options, warnings/errors, and redacted file inventory. Do not include the player build unless support requests a specific file.
  • The player log, process exit code, and focused Editor log excerpt for capture or import failures.
  • The smallest reproducible sequence and the expected result.

Remove

  • Secrets, access tokens, signing material, personal paths, and unrelated project content.
  • Player builds, the project Library, Temp, Logs, and raw device data unless support explicitly requests a specific artifact.
  • Evidence from different environments or source revisions unless the difference is the subject of the report.

Record whether the problem reproduces in a clean project before sending the bundle to support@kiwistudios.co. Do not send the full project or a device image unless a separate secure transfer is agreed.

Still stuck?

Bring the exact evidence with you.

Include Performance Lab and Unity versions, the scenario and Run Profile, target and build type, environment identity, focused logs, and only the smallest replayable evidence needed to reproduce the problem.
